Comeback Kid Studios is a Georgia-based community outreach and creative advocacy organization rooted in faith, restoration, peer support, and the healing power of art. We exist to create safe, compassionate spaces where individuals and families facing hardship can access encouragement, creative expression, community resources, and meaningful human connection.
Through outreach initiatives, youth programming, charitable drives, and community partnerships, we work to support underserved populations across Georgia — including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, domestic violence, housing instability, and social isolation.
At Comeback Kid Studios, we believe advocacy can take many forms. Sometimes it looks like providing meals and clothing. Oure greatest joy is found in offering art supplies to children experiencing crisis, housing instability, and other adversities. We believe in creating a space where people feel seen, valued, and supported.
Mental health needs in Georgia continue to rise. According to recent reports from NAMI Georgia, more than 1.8 million adults in Georgia experience mental health conditions each year, while approximately 159,000 Georgia youth experience major depressive episodes annually. Many Georgia communities continue to face major barriers to accessing affordable mental health care and supportive services.
Our mission is to help bridge those gaps through compassion-driven outreach, community collaboration, faith-centered encouragement, and creative empowerment. We believe healing happens best in community — and that art, advocacy, and peer support can become powerful tools for restoration and hope.
Together, we are building spaces where creativity meets compassion, and where no one has to struggle alone.

Comeback Kid Studios was founded by Sara Rose Davenport in 2020. After facing domestic violence, divorce, and seemingly insurmountable challenges, Sara experienced the profound impact that is made when survivors are heard, and a community responds.
While navigating the challenges of single parenting and the contemporaneous pursuit of higher education, Sara learned something valuable - we are better together.

Comeback Kid Studios is dedicated to fostering healing, restoration, and hope through art, advocacy, and compassionate community outreach. Our mission is to create safe and supportive spaces where individuals and families experiencing have the opportunity to effect change in their circumstance without neglecting their mental health.
Through collaborative outreach efforts, we provide art supplies, food, clothing, and essential resources to individuals living in shelters, temporary housing, and underserved communities throughout the state of Georgia. We are especially committed to supporting survivors of domestic violence, unhoused veterans, and youth facing adversity by encouraging self-expression, peer support, and human connection. Together, we prove that creativity and community are powerful tools for healing and lasting change.
